1. Service Description
humans fix ai is a marketplace that connects builders (people who need code fixed) with developers (people who fix code). We facilitate the task, payment, and delivery workflow but do not perform the fixes ourselves.
2. How It Works
- Builders submit a task with a price and confirm a payment method.
- A developer accepts the task and has 3 days to deliver.
- The developer has 3 days to deliver the fix. Builder and developer can communicate via the built-in chat.
- The builder reviews and approves, or requests a revision.
- Upon approval, the developer receives payment minus a 10% platform fee.
3. Payment Terms
- Pay on approval: When you submit a task, you confirm your payment method. You are only charged when you approve the delivery.
- Platform fee: humans fix ai charges a 10% platform fee on top of the developer payment amount.
- No developer accepts: If no developer accepts within 24 hours, your card is never charged.
- Developer misses deadline: If the developer fails to deliver within 3 days, the task is reopened for other developers. If no one picks it up, your card is never charged.
- Auto-approval: If you do not review a delivered fix within 2 days, it is automatically approved and the developer is paid. A reminder is sent beforehand.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If no developer accepts your task, your card is never charged.
- If a developer misses the deadline and no replacement is found, your card is never charged.
- Once a fix is approved (manually or by auto-approval after 2 days), payment is final.

5. Developer Obligations
- Developers must deliver the fix within 3 days of accepting.
- Developers receive read-only access to the builder's repo. Developers work locally and submit a delivery report with proof of the fix.
- Developers must not copy, redistribute, or retain the builder's proprietary code beyond what is necessary for the fix.
- Chat messages between builders and developers are stored on the platform. Developers must not share confidential information from chats outside the platform.
6. Builder Obligations
- Builders must provide accurate descriptions of the problem.
- Builders must review delivered fixes in good faith. Fraudulent rejections to avoid payment are prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
humans fix ai is a marketplace platform. We do not guarantee the quality of fixes, the availability of developers, or specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the platform fees collected. We are not responsible for any damages arising from code changes made by developers, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or security vulnerabilities introduced by a fix.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting hello@humansfix.ai.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
